Standard Terms of Use

Please read these Standard Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By using ConstructionWYRE you’re agreeing to these Terms, which will result in a legal agreement between you and ConstructionWYRE (“Agreement”). 

We’ll start with the basics, including a few definitions that should help you understand these Terms. ConstructionWYRE (“ConstructionWYRE,” “we,” or “us”) that helps marketers and PR firms (the “Customers”) better place press releases with news brands (the “Service”) and is inclusive to all of ConstructionWYRE’s software, data and general know-how (the “Technology”). ConstructionWYRE is a Georgia LLC whose legal name is Rival Insights LLC. ConstructionWYRE has employees, independent contractors, and representatives (“our Team”). As a customer of the Service or a representative of an entity that’s a customer of the Service, you’re a “Member” according to this Agreement (“you”).

These Standard Terms of Use (“Terms” ) define the terms and conditions under which you’re allowed to use the Service in accordance with the Agreement, and how we’ll treat your account while you’re a Member. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service.

Expectations of Success

ConstructionWYRE has built proprietary databases giving it a better understanding, we believe, of fit for your news with a respective news brand, than anyone else. That being said, the ultimate decision to cover news lies with editorial of each news brand. By using our Service, you understand and accept this reality.

Relationship Privacy

ConstructionWYRE is under no obligation to share or expose specific editorial relationships with You.

Payment

ConstructionWYRE will bill you for your Service at the beginning of your Service. Pay promptly and per the terms of your invoice – please.

If any payment is outstanding beyond a the payment period specified, we reserve the right to discontinue your service any any point we choose. Again, please pay your bills.

Entire Agreement

These Terms make up the entire agreement between us in relation to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
